Exchange and Return/Refund Policy Thank you so much for shopping at Salveo. We strive to ensure that all our customers are happy with their purchase and are paid the attention they deserve. General Exchange Policy Exchanges will only be honored if the shoe(s) show no signs of wear. Regardless of the exchange reason, if an exchange is requested, you must notify a Salveo customer service representative via email prior to sending any products back. Once we receive your email, we will process the request and reply back with instructions specific to returning your Holey Soles. As part of this initial email, we ask that you explicitly state why the product is being returned. All exchanges will be subject to a $3 (per-pair) re-stocking and handling fee. Important! All exchange requests must be made within 15 days after delivery All non-authorized returns will be refused! Returns for Credit/Refunds We do not offer refunds on any purchases. Shipping charges are not refundable unless Salveo has shipped in error. If we ship the wrong item(s) we will refund for return shipping costs and will subsequently ship the proper item(s) free of charge.
